How to create a Best day | 5 morning habits for success and happiness

 What's your best day in your life ? How to be whole your life with happiness and positivity ? Is it possible ?

Yeah ! The psychological studies are prooved . What ! We can make the best days ourself . The first 15 minutes its very crucial . That can decide how your whole day .

You know ! . If you spent the very first 15 minutes with happiness and positiveness  i'm sure , you gona be in your best day .

Otherwise you spent it with sad and bad mood . You must gone be the ...  I know you know it .

Here I have some tips from my own experience .

1. Wake with sun 


Wake up with the sun . The ideal time is between 4.30 and 5. 30

2. Feel energetic 

Take a deep breath and say yourself

3. Smile on face 

Get off the bed with a slight smile on your face and look at the mirror ( with smile ) .

4. For Organs 

" My body is my weapon " .  Drink a glass of water in an empty stomach is very good for your health . That's help your internel organs to work properly and effectively . 


5. For mind 


All days are not same . Some days may we feel tired or negative . That kind of days , if I feel tired or bad mood , just go and hear a song you like or start with a inspirational thought or speech . 


Conclusion 


Everyday is not same . No days will be the same again . Yeah true ! Some days are worst too . We can't change the past nor the future but the present . Present is in your hand . I don't think about the worst things when I woke up . 

Law of attraction : Positive thoughts , words , all Positive things . Positive attracts more positive . Negative people always be negative all time . 

So let's think about happiness , success , positiveness and peace . " Life is not a race it's a journey " be happy and be yourself .
