  Yeah . The psychological studies are proved , 'we can make our day best by ourselves '. The whole day of yours is based on the first 30 minutes of you day . 
If you spend this 30 minutes with happy and positivity that will make your day happy and positive but if you spend through a bad way that makes your day even more bad .

1. Wake With Sun 

Most successful and innovative people are wake up on early . So wake up on the time of sun rising .
It will help you to keep positive energy whole day and feel energetic .

Take a cool deep breath and say to yourself  " I'm Energetic " or " I'm full of energy " .

3. Smile on Face 

Get out of your bed with a cute smile and look at the mirror (and smile) . 

4. For Your Body 

The most important morning habit for your organs inside your body . Drink one or two glasses of water soon after the wake up* . 

5. For your Mind 

Start your day with a motivational song ** or a inspirational thought .
