Don't do this ! Top 5 Bad morning habits




 Hey,

        You  wanna became a successful person ?! Or even the happiest one . Let's take look here . now we need a talk about the Top 5 bad morning habits . 


1. Snooze the alarm


Be proud of yourself . In the morning when the alarm rings you have two choices
  1. Snooze the alarm and continue to sleep 
  2. Start the day as a champion 
No doubt ! If  you failed in the first decision of your day , I know you know result . Your enemy is your mind . But , you beat the mind  your enemy  . I sure your day must be one of your best day and you can feel it as a champion . 

Never Snooze your alarm because its your first decision . 

2. wake with fear 


If you wake with little bit of fear or some kind tension about something happened before or something else ... No doubt ! You must feel the whole day a fear is inside you .

Always wake with brave and pleasant fill mind . 

3. Living in the past 



Are you a looser ?! If you think about your past more and more . You are a looser !  The first few minutes after your woke are very- very important . Don't waste it for your past . No one can change your past .    

When you woke just say some affirmations or few positive words eg : "thanks" , " I am positive " ...  Don't think about your past even its good memories when you wake up . 

4. Wake late 

Sleep is the one of the basic need . So don't mess with it . Sleep well . But mind when you woke . 

Wake at 4 or 5 am don't make you successfull . if you don't have enough sleep . 

5. Wake Tired 

Everyday is a second chance . Don't lose it . Be energetic . 

Somedays I feel tired too , everyone feel tired . Don't worry about that ! 

If you don't sleep much , you will tired . So always have a good amount of sleep ( 7 to 8 hrs )


Conclusion : 


Mistakes are common . Try your best and think this for me . 

Unfortunately you just forget to do any of the above mentioned things or fail to keep positivity when  you wake I think it's better if you sleep a bit more and restart your day later .
