  • Don't be tired of  starting with Over speed .

 2. ROUTE HACKS : 

  •   You must know where you run ( Get the route map or know the routes ) 
  • Don't drink water if you don't need it . 
  • Don't waste time with shoe and laces . ( Make sure laces are tied properly ) .
Enjoy the places where you run  , it may helps you to get away from tiredness .

 3. TIMER HACKS : 

  • If you are on a marathon or other distance races probably a chance to didn't get the proper time or know the distance . So please try to avoid that type of situations . 
  • You should  use a timer or a watch  
  • It can help you increase your speed as where you want . 
  • Helps you to know the actual time and distance by time . 
  • One of the most important part in marathon , distance races is the last lap . Is the thing create who the winner . So remember The Last Lap . 
  • Timer or your watch helps you to know and speeding your last lap .
